Vegas, Baby!

I am typing this from the LasVegas airport at one of those pay-by-the-minute Internet access booths. So forgive me if this is short or full of typos — not used to this crazy roller ball or this public (AKA bacteria-ridden) keyboard!

I am waiting for my sisters to arrive (insert loud squeal of excitement here!) My older sister Kristen had business trip scheduled here, so she decided to take my younger sister LeeAnn along for some fun. Of course, LA is only an hour flight, so I had to join them. Yes, of course I was invited. They like me.

I think my mom’s a little worried. “You know, you girls have never gone away together by yourselves. Are you sure you’re going to be okay?” (Okay, so I’m paraphrasing here) But honestly, we’ll be fine. Well, as long as we don’t have to walk anywhere too far for LeeAnn’s taste, or wander aimlessly too long for Kristen’s liking. And as long as I keep up with up with my Prozac. I think by now we can manage to hang out and not push each others’ buttons. Unless, of course, we want to. Three sisters and no parental supervision in Vegas. What could possibly go wrong?

Seriously, my sisters are way cool, so this should be way fun. But try not to miss me too much, my small but devoted public, since I may not get a chance to post again until I get back. Gee, since LeeAnn is arguably my biggest fan, I don’t even know if anyone will read this until we’re back home!

I’m not a big gambler, but I could sure use some luck at the roulette wheel! So wish me luck here in Sin City, and wish Greg luck as a single parent for a long weekend.

Okay, gotta boogie. Kristen just texted me! Meeting them in baggage claim. And this post just cost me $9.67.

Woo hoo! Vegas, here we come!

At times like these, I sort of wish I had a sister (not really, I’m not very good at sharing!!!!)

Have FUN, you need a diversion for sure… I LOVE LOVE LOVE Vegas but I never gamble. I like to buy things far too much than to take my money and watch it circle the bowl!!!!!
Be safe and have a BLAST!!!!!!!!!
